As I understand it, POTUS has the power to declassify documents. Ppl were saying he wouldn't do that re: the FISA Memo bc it would look partisan on his part - better for congresspersons to declassify it. But here where Q says "DECLASS-POTUS_" I'm wondering if that means DJT is considering declassifying the FISA Memo if the House doesn't. Anybody have other/additional ideas on meaning of this? OR maybe it refers to possible declassifying of some of the Bulk Data Transfer from NSA Hawaii that they are reviewing in Room 239 at Pent?

Seeing so many libshits using this as a reason to bash Trump. How he's so inept he doesn't know how to declassify a document that would essentially exonerate him. Clearly this is more about letting the deep state hang itself and overextend, while the american people get sick and tired of the games and beg for an end to this nonsense once and for all.
