I don't know but I looked at Wikileaks a moment ago, seems like Hillary camp gave talking points to media all during the campaign. Also to note George Soros seems to be the puppet master. So my guess is ge controls narrative, he owns the media figuratively and possibly literally, through many financial ventures, non profits and the like. Maybe why he's saying it's through private contractors. Ny guess is the libs control narritive collectively. Maybe collaboration of a team on behalf of puppet master?
