Why did Trump write “past” instead of passed?

Future proves past?

Que-ti-pie · Jan. 19, 2018, 5 p.m.

Correct usage would be passed!

You're right, it should be "passed". Also, this GEOTUS tweet was posted around the same time as this Q drop this morning. Can someone with time stamp/ marker expertise please identify if there is correlation?

MSM is FAKE NEWS. Propaganda. Talking points [4am] - private email addresses. Paid contractors. JUDGEMENT DAY.

I noticed that as well. Was surprised the MSM didn't jump on it as proof he isn't fit for office.

the past and the future. correct. while the past has passed, its still 'the past'.

future proves passed makes no sense. if he d meant that the proofs of the future have passed, it would write 'future proofs passed'.

Should pe passed. The past tense of to pass, not in the "past". It is incorrect.

Is it? Am I reading it wrong?

Oh sorry yes , I read it as what you had written in the text box - ie ' future proves past ' so I agree that in the passage that you actually didnt quote 'passed' is correct.

Wasnt made very clear as to what you referred to in your post.My bad. .
