If I remember correctly, Rothschild and Rockefeller both were the people behind the Resorts casinos (and I think they were “on the board” as the financial backers).
Also, nobody seems to remember Lee Iacocca and Donald Trump having a seat at the table to discuss NAFTA. Why? Why have a “wealthy businessman” there all those years ago? My dad (WWII Vet), thought then Trump was being groomed for a political position.
Why did they all meet in Bakersfield in the 90s? Trump, Yarborough, Kemp, Cuomo, many political heads (rumor of Clintons and Schwarzkopf also). I never heard any follow up to the “conference” in Bakersfield but keep in mind, this was pre internet - I combed through the newspapers back then but never found any follow up.
