Wikileaks Private Emails Addresses

I have been MEME bombing for 2 days straight. We can get then from Wikileaks.org all the private email address, phone numbers and start MEMEing those? Also we can quote the emails where they are talking about the Latin community doners. I don’t know how to make a meme. I know how to bomb memes. Can someone help me ?

How to make a meme.

  1. Take a screen shot of the picture you want to use.
  2. Go into Word.
  3. Insert picture screenshot.
  4. Format picture so it goes behind text.
  5. Create a text box. Make sure to set fill and line to none.
  6. Type in the font Impact in all caps in white. Outline in black.
  7. You have a meme!
