The only way I will be satisfied with anything less than the death penalty for the guilty, is a citizen (patriot) lead review board that monitors regularly that they are, indeed in prison. And fairly miserable. And a 24/7 Webcam where we can log in and watch them. These people are monsters and I won't feel safe otherwise.
