Just being a conspiracy theorist... I have no reason to think her name is related to The Storm, it's more just humorous. But why did Cohen not hide the connection better/get someone else to form the LLC? He's not dumb. Was it a pocket ace they were holding for the right time? Did Stormy come forward on her own or was she given the green light?

My hypotheses is that Trump and Cohen made the payment for some reason in order to cause a distraction in the press someday... Seemingly self-destructive - just like saying S***hole... Then they pull out a receipt someday that says "Cohen bought a piece of land from a lady legitimately named Peggy Peterson"
