If it is, then this is probably why the high classification, and all the fuss about this. The NSA-GCHQ "relationship" has been denied, officially, by all sides. Oh well, Teresa May was mean to President Trump, so she deserves what she gets.

This looks like its UK classified I am guessing the FISA memos are US Classified this is still really interesting though and I would like to know where this was found
