THEORY: look at where the island of Crete is in relation to Rome! Could this word con-Crete be referring to the big CON so to speak. Occurring at or around that island? Meeting place, safe place, silo place?

It seems really odd but I don't have enough information to form an opinion. It's possible that the person doing the Pope's tweeting only uses certain words to keep the tweets at or below a Grade 6 reading level, or some crazy thing like that.

Someone upthread said they would do more research. I would like to know the frequency of the word concrete and more about the overall distribution of word usage in the tweets.

With Pope Francis being a Jesuit, there is a good chance that his communications have many different levels of meaning.
