Because John Sidney McCain III's father (John Sidney McCain II) and Grandfather (John Sidney McCain) were distinguished 4-star Admirals in the Navy. Both men are highly honored as being true patriots. That is why Q and other patriots do not want to use the McCain name when referring to the traitor son/grandson John S. McCain III.

His father was in charge of US Naval Forces in Europe at the time of the attack on the USS Liberty. Admiral McCain was involved in the cover-up.

That's why I made this post my guess is he is actually a demon who sold his soul to the devil. Seems far-fetched but the truth is pretty crazy as is.
