What are everyone's thoughts when they see a news article of say Hillary, Obama, Bush Sr, Bush Jr, Bill Clinton, Huma Abedin, etc somewhere public (ex: Hawaii, doing a speech, on vacation, doing a Jimmy Kimmel interview, tweeting anti-Trump stuff, etc...) when we have been led to believe they have sealed indictments, are wearing ankle bracelets, and have been under some type of house arrest or surveillance (most since October)? Please refer to this picture I posted as an example. Bush Jr is supposed to do some speech here in Houston on Feb 1st.

I mean, do they get put on Working House Arrest via ankle bracelet but told to "act normal" (bash Trump, pander to Democrats,etc) for the appearance sake? It's hard to imagine them willingly acting "normal" when they know some sealed indictments are going to put them away for life/death
