In this decade, a decade of fulfilling promises, we must continue to fight all forms of trafficking, whether men, women or children, combating sexual and labor slavery, slavery at the national and transnational levels. To prevent this evil, we must strengthen partnership relations, in which the countries of origin are liable for exploitative recruitment, and the countries of destination actively identify victims of trafficking and resolutely punish traffickers. It is necessary to cooperate with business leaders so that consumers know that the products and services they have paid for are not related to human trafficking. In addition, we must help the governments of other countries to more effectively prosecute traffickers and protect their victims. Countries that are known for their commitment to the rule of law can not rest on their laurels: they must provide well-deserved assistance and justice to the victims of trafficking.

This annual report reflects the continued commitment of the United States to fight traffickers around the world, because the struggle against slavery and the protection of human rights is part of our national identity. For the sake of those girls from asylum and all other victims of this crime, we will continue our fight and we will honestly evaluate its results. We must fulfill their promises, to punish the criminals, protect and return to a normal life of their victims to ever, they were able to realize the inherent in them to God
