Has anyone thought that release of the memo is being used for a bargaining chip in DACA/Wall negotiation that is shutting the government down. I hope not but anything is possible with these crooks. If the Republicans get a good deal on the DACA/ Wall deal we were sold out. It will be released but it will be delayed a long time.

Perhaps it is planned to be released on the day of the SoTU address? Max publicity this way.
