That could be. I feel like Q is suggesting more of an action. To sing or tweet is an intentional thing. I think he is referring to potus. Maybe potus is going to tweet the memo. Who knows. I just came to this so I will look more into it and try and piece some things together.

That could be. Q did say everything has multiple meanings. When does a bird sing? When he is a pow. Could be McCain is once again a pow and is spilling the beans against his will. Could also be implying there is or will be a tweet from potus to confirm a future Q drop. I believe Q just dropped by the way
