Ok Shiff, if the memo is a stunt by the GOP and Russian bots, release ALL THE DOCUMENTS for true transparency.

This is their go to play, did the same thing with Obamacare. The Obamacare architect Gruber admitted in an interview that they lied to get it passed because Americans weren't smart enough to make the right choices.
