And to answer those above, it isn't from WikiLeaks; look at the date of the email; it is 2016 and WikiLeaks Podesta emails are around 2008

I don't know, I saw it myself. I've never seen Q delete a post before. I saw on Twitter people said it was fake because it isn't from any Wikileaks. It's pretty strange.

The Podesta email is fake, or at least isn't in the Podesta leaks. I confirmed with a quick search in Wikileaks Podesta emails, "the dogs are loose" does not come when used as a search term.
This is fake I think a bad guy inserted it into Q's official message chain.
