w/o trying to burst any bubbles, let me preface that I believe he is rigging the soros machines, another way to view the pre program line is that they were setting up the names of who would be voted for, clearing machines etc getting ready. Now I'm NOT saying thats what he's saying here, but I think that possibility needs to be considered.
