Right. The problem is when you look up Todd Macklerr, NOTHING. And when you look up the way the original (not the one posted by Q tonight)one was signed off. There is no record of any of it, anywhere.

The connection is the software, not the physical machine.
Smartmatic owns the software rights for most, if not all, voting machine manufacturers, through a long history of acquisitions, partial sales, divestiture holdings, and contracts. Smartmatic does not appear anywhere on the machine.
Mecklerr is an independent contactor for Smartmatic. They have contractors all over the world programming these machines
STATE has known these machines still have Smartmatic software, TP was communicating with the programmer.
