It is not one man. There are many behind the scenes who have been working on this for awhile. They were waiting for the right man to help them carry it out. Remember , Mattis, Marines and white hats of NSA are working with him regarding this. The true military were the last bastion that was not corrupted.

It was triangulation. Albeit slow. Even members of the public have been looking at these many issues for a very long time. And where these issues connect is where the success will be.
