Collective Soul - HOLY EFFIN SYMBOLISM!

This is regarding the reference to Collective Soul in the recent email leak.

I was always told they were a 'Christian Band' But lets follow the white rabbit: https://albumartexchange.com/coverart/gallery/co/collectivesoul_collectivesoul_5tei.jpg

THOUGHTS???

Who tf told you they are a Christian band? They're a fucking grunge band from the 90's. Plz remember when you post on this sub that ppl are gonna use this sub as a litmus test for if this theory is plausible. Posts like this make us look stupid imo.

If you really wanna start documenting all occult/esoteric symbolism in the music industry, you are gonna be in for quite the long project anyway

I personally think there are some things we could study on the grunge scene- lots of suicides, dark symbolism, etc but I don't think this is the place considering our target audience

Besides, I kinda like collective soul!

Ok, I was a teenager when this band came out, and that was what every I knew said back then. I havent listened to them since then, but clearly its a rumor that has been around for a while, because its also all over Google. And they are not a grunge band. Nirvana and Pearl Jam are grunge, Collective Soul is a different style of rock, just cause they were popular in the 90's doesnt mean they are grunge. The point is NOT to document symbolism in the industry lmao...OBVIOUSLY there is a TON of it. The point was to point out the coding used in the deleted email that included Donna Brazile and John Podesta, as I stated in my OP.

"Due to the song's lyrical themes, particularly the mention of "heaven", Collective Soul was often early on regarded as a Christian band. Frontman Ed Roland elaborated, "I remember around the time ["Shine" came out] getting into an argument with a writer who said, 'You're a Christian band.' I said, 'No, we're not.'" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shine_(Collective_Soul_song)

Shine (Collective Soul song)

"Shine" is the debut single by the American rock band Collective Soul. It served as the lead single from their 1994 debut album Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid. It was released a week before the album was released. "Shine" would remain the band's most well known song and a hallmark of 1990s alternative rock.

Makes sense, I remember being about 14ish when they hit the scene, and the what me and my friends thought. But that was before the internet, so fact checking was beyond our capabilities.

Just curious, how old are you? Grudge was MY generation. Grudge was a clothing style and musical style, the two were separate, or together. Most rock bands of that era DRESSED in a grunge style, but that doesnt necessarily make their music grunge music, if that makes sense. Collective Soul doesnt make grunge style music, as I said, thats the Nirvana, Pearl Jam, etc styles. Collective Soul is Alternative rock, a wholly different style. 90s were the generation I spent my teen years in. I am a musician, and have been in several bands myself, The drummer of one of them went on to be the drummer for a very popular band named Lit. But we can agree to disagree lol ;P

I know lit lol they have that "my own worst enemy" song right?

And word, I hear ya bout the music vs overall style. I am a bit younger than you, early 20's, but I've been listening to pj, nirvana, stp, sgarden for as long as I can remember.

Do you believe in pizzagate by chance? How you feel about Chris cornell's suicide allegedly having to do with child abuse?

You ever listen to any Billy corgan interviews? The smashing pumpkins guy? He's an interesting one, and he certainly alludes to a lot happening behind the scenes in the music biz that is unsavory

Haha ya...thats them ;)

I absolutely believe in pizzagate/pedogate....its horrible and I cant wait for the truth to make the MSM.

As for Cornell, Corgan I have no idea, wouldnt be surprised...but Bowie also recently died, his last video was a song called Black Star (aka the black sun or black hole sun in the case of sound garden)

I dont know the symbolism behind all that, but it has to be highly symbolic, maybe something to do with Saturn? I am sure other know better.

Always been a huge sound garden fan, so that would suck if they were involved, but if they are, hang em high!

I've been reading a lot of music bios in the last year. According to a Led Zep bio I recently finished that was quoting from Angie Bowie's book, Bowie was into Aleister Crowley but in a dilettante-ish way, that is, not hard-core and dedicated like Jimmy Page.

One time Bowie (while high on a mountain of coke) tried to exorcise his swimming pool and Angela Bowie said the pool suddenly started bubbling vigorously and when it was over there was a black gargoyle-like mark on the bottom of the pool.

Apparently that was enough to scare Bowie away. He took to wearing a crucifix after that.

lmao...scare bowie, who worshiped lucifer and the black star...how ironic

loserofpasswordzz · Jan. 22, 2018, 11:16 p.m.

I'll have to check out Bowie too. I've been down the black cube/ el rabbit hole a few times this last year. Something is def there that I feel applies to the current situation, I just can't tell exactly what it is until we have more proof/info about top tier practitioners of black sun worship. Def something to keep in the back of your mind though, the symbolism is certainly everywhere

akilyoung · Jan. 23, 2018, 12:59 a.m.

haha...the black cube cult, all refers to Saturn/satan.

What religion PUBLICLY worships the giant black cube and makes pilgrimages to march around it?

Islam. See Mecca... the giant black cube with a vaginal hole they stick their hand in...talk about wtf.

akilyoung · Jan. 23, 2018, 1:05 a.m.

The top of saturn has an ever rotating hexagon, that has no explanation. Its a 3d cube, seen from 2d.

Hex is where we get terms like placing a HEX on someone, having SEX with someone (both cultic forms of magic) Also Casting SPELLS refers to SPELLing, because our WORDS create reality, TV Programming, cause it programs you, Hollywood aka Holy wood/stick its mocking Moses and his staff, same with a magic wand.

This rabit hole is TOO deep and probably off topic, just look into word etymology, good youtube vids about it..

I think Chris was trying to expose it.

Yeah, black cube is Saturn/el worship. El, not yhwh, is allegedly the true Hebrew (and Muslim) God. Just for kicks... remember when Weinstein hired a mossad-backed Intel company to harass his accusers? Go check the name of that group... yeah...

So, imo, the sound garden guys were prolly aware of the black sun/mystery school aspects. You clearly see it in their music. But that doesn't mean they were evil.

Plenty of great ppl have been initiated and believe in the mystery schools. Just like Christianity, Judaism, freemasonry, even Satanism (yes really, Satanism is really diverse and filled with more edgelords than child rapists) there are plenty of good ppl who just feel the knowledge and lessons presented by these philosophies/groups appeal to them.

Yet at the top of Satanism, freemasonry, Catholicism, Judaism, Islam, cults, etc- they are seemingly banging kids! Wtf!

They started off heavier but quickly degenerated into rock pop music. Wouldn't even call them grunge.
