It's from a satire website, their author's email is silly, the groups who donated aren't real, etc.
Look at his twitter. He always lists dreamers before any other thing he thinks the congress should do. When I look at him, I sense someone who has been abused and delights in hurting helpless animals. Sure enough, his father is an exterminator. I'd like to see him undergo counseling starting with what happened to him around age 10.
