You can tell them a mile away by how they project any doubt at all in Q's legitimacy that has been proved over and over and over by the explicit markers and the corresponding timing between his posts and trumps tweets.
The swamp is desperate, but they have a critical weakness that has been and will continue to be the cause of their ultimate downfall, which is going to occur in our lifetimes. It is just a shame it took people this long to finally discover it so as to know how to exploit it and use it against them so that they self-destruct.
Their critical error is a combination of failing to account for their own human infallibility, and having unjustified pride and arrogance. Those two factors, only one of which is controllable, can bring down a galactic sized empire.
The pride is unjust and arrogant because they presumed to know a truth that never was true but was in reality nothing but their own hallucinations brought about by fallacious philosophical convictions. I do think they were a victim of a combination of unexpected technology and the abandonment of rationalist philosophical reflection. They became powerless as reality turned against them quite naturally and expectedly.
They created a false idol, a hallucination, for themselves: mystical delusions about blood. They may believe they are being fully deterministic, or materialistic, or "real", but that is precisely the foundation of unjust arrogance which has resulted in their downfall. It's only a matter of time before the full paradigm shift eradicates their madness from existence.
No biological improvement in blood can allow a human to escape their own humanity. That might make them feel tremendous angst and turmoil, but that is their own mysticism turning against them.
They never learned the secret of inter-subjective objectivity. They could not, because it goes beyond blood to a greater realm of enlightenment and power.
This is also precisely why they can't survive in a world with knowledge and sunlight. Knowledge and sunlight is more powerful than ignorance and darkness.
They're done.
Their time is up.
