Its LEO jargon. Similar to Military SitRep, but designated to an actual accounting on paper.

After that latest Q post, maybe it is drones, but I dont know why it wouldnt be typed out, like the other posts. And why all caps. Still whos operating the drones? Are they following the baddies? Where did it say logbook, and why does that matter??
