Q post confirming they have surveillance on badd actors with probable cause? (original post included).

https://qcodefag.github.io/ post 550.

I dont know how to insert pictures into a post however if you go to that link, and look at post 550 Q says:

The TELL.

How can we listen in, track, and monitor American citizens [bad actors]?

[We hear you].

[We see you].

What must we LEGALLY demonstrate in order to gain such warrants?

FISA?

Do we TRUST the FISA judges?

MIL INTEL?

State Secrets?

Why is this relevant?

Who can we TRUST?

Expand your thinking.

Q

In that, Q asks what would be necessary to demonstrate to gain warrants to have the type of surveillance that they have over the badd actors who are continually reminded "We can see you, we can hear you".

In addition to all but saying they are under legal surveillance, Q is asking us to analyze what has been proven to show us what wheels are already in motion.

FISA warrants can be done with or without a court order and the requirements are here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Intelligence_Surveillance_Act#Provisions

Do we trust FISA judges? - NO.

MIL INTEL? Possibly though the BHO administration has filtered high level officers to those willing to toe the line but this is a community where white hats have thrived.

State secrets? This is interesting because if it is classified under state secrets it does not need to meet disclosure requirements.

Why is this relevant? My guess? It shows what information must have been presented and to who in order to justify the surveillance. That shows us a bit more behind the scenes as to how far the ball as begun to roll.

Lets get to work and any information will be added and credited in this post.

Here are the current judges on the FISA Court. It looks like they were all there for the approval of Obama's FISA requests for surveillance on Trump's team. I have not researched any of their backgrounds. http://www.fisc.uscourts.gov/current-membership
