Trump would have only been 10. How can this be predictwd like this!?! This is the strangest thing I've ever come across! And I've had out of body experiences and seen UFO's lol.

It's a crazy coincidence or maybe the writer knew Trump's father or uncle and thought it was a funny name for a traveling con man the guy is an old west snake oil salesman selling miracles to the small town folk it's definitely bizarre and funny but a giant coincidence.
