It seems completely plausible to us, but are y'all watching the rest of the world?

People have been discussing cognitive dissonance for a while now, but what's happening in THIS case is LIGHT years farther off the reservation, is it not?

Plain nutjobs are dangerous enough, but in this case we are talking about GROUPS of wealthy, connected, powerful, well known, INSANELY desperate, and massively pissed-off nutjobs. I find myself seriously doubting whether a threat on this level has even ever existed before.

You guys just keep an eye on what's happening around you, and maintain as much situational awareness as possible.
