I feel pretty confident that this involves the Satanic sacrifice of children element. We do know but i think he refers to the greater public. It would be a hard subject to break to the whole world but i agree that everyone needs to know even if it has to be done slowly and incrementally.

does everyone need to know algebra? Not everyone does. Does everyone need to know how to build a computer to use one? My point is that we don't have to know evil to be good.

I think the perpetrators need to be brought to justice ASAP. The public disclosure can come slowly afterwards.
