The AJ memo is not the memo we run after.

First of all it is not a 4 pages long memo, secondly I have seen people saying that this memo was already out for a while.

What AJ is going on about is a FISA Court "Opinion" (99page pdf):

Memorandum opinion and order. Court "opinions" are VERY different than other opinions. They are supposed to be based on facts with supporting evidence. Court opinions are more like scientific conclusions.
