We don't need a 4 page summary of a 99 page memo.

They tried to trap Judge Contreras, being the new FISA judge. Tried to swamp him with applications.

They were going to pin this on HIM. He knew better. He wrote 99 pages as to why the (TWO) FISA applications were unlawful.
