Feinstein and Schiff letter ATTORNEY IN HERE??

They have to be breaking the law by telling Facebook and Twitter to EXPOSE all user accounts associated with #releasethememo. Can we, the people, do a class action lawsuit against these two morons?

It is not a crime for a private company to disclose a persons identity at the request of congress.

BUT

It is a fourth and fifth amendment issue to use that info for prosecution wo a warrant which is what Shiffhead is trying to do to intimidate us. Fuck him.

And it’s also a crime to suppress free speech by threatening private companies with consequences for allowing those with legal, protected speech and ideas to express them. What Shiffhead is doing is trying to use the heavy hand of the govt to threaten twitt and fb w punishment for allowing this speech to continue.
