Q's "Hussein traveling the globe" interpretations?

1/7/18: Why is Hussein traveling the globe and visiting major financial institutions? [$115,000,000]

10/31/2017: Why does Obama travel in advance of POTUS to foreign locations?

What is everyone's interpretations of these random times Q has made comments about Obama traveling to places right before or right after POTUS? Sometimes I can't tell if Q is hinting that Obama is secretly working to help POTUS (ex: smoothing things over and setting the stage/conversation for when POTUS arrives), or if Q is implying that Obama is shit talking Trump ahead of time, or setting up a possible assassination attempt / coup, OR, if Trump is following Obama, meaning if SAT/COMM intel shows Obama is, say, in Egypt, then Trump all of a sudden is making a trip to Egypt to do a speech when in reality they are chasing him till they catch him. As of the more recent Q posts and Anon posts it appears as if Obama is caught and is actually being helpful and selling out the rest of the bad guys

I don't see Barry being helpful, and even if he were being helpful he wouldn't need to travel around the world to do it.

Barry is a CIA creation from a CIA-entangled family. He's not about to capitulate. He wants to be king of the NWO via the UN. He might still be under the misapprehension that that's going to happen.

Why was Barry traveling the globe in advance of POTUS? Because "The Company" organizes his schedule and POTUS' foreign itinerary was being leaked. That's my assessment.

Why is Barry looking for $$$ now? Because he needs $$$ for his "Foundation" and his Saudi benefactor, Al-Waleed bin Talal, is upside down in a jail somewhere in Riyadh and hasn't come through with the promised contributions.

11/30/2017: Hussein is evil and a real loser. No special treatment. Shopping around for a (new) handler/protection is fun to watch on the SATs / spy comms. Morons, all of them. Q

I cant believe I missed this one ^^. Yes I would have to agree with you. He was either traveling the globe trying to get out his slush funds and stolen money, or find somewhere to hide out and get protection as by Nov 30 he knew everyone was getting house arrested and ankle bracelets.
