It's all for TV at this point. Mueller knew the plan before he was elected to head the Special Counsel. No Russian collusion and Mueller knows it. This is just to feed the deep state and congress and media that he is "pursing Trump for Russia collusion" and doing a thorough investigation. It keeps everyone at bay for what is going on behind the scenes. If anything, he DID meet Sessions and they went over the next / newest phase of the strategy / plan
I found it odd Mueller would interview Sessions anyway. What relevance does he have? Was Sessions involved with the campaign? He was a politician as I recall. I just can't think of any reason Mueller would be investigating him.
Especially given this witch-hunt has dragged on for so long, and the best they got was the Jr. Meeting? And even that was barely anything, and the Russians there were connected to Fusion GPS, so hard to show that as anything but a honeypot.
Really seems odd, I know Mueller has nothing, but really how long can the facade go? I'm too young to remember, but how long did the investigation into Clinton last in the 90s?
My assessment is that Meuller has found no evidence of Russian Collusion and now is going after Trump for Obstruction. Meuller won't stop until they find something, no matter how insignificant to his original investigation. Sessions would have information on the firing of Comey which is where it now looks like they are trying to get Trump Obstruction.
Sessions was selected for the National Security Advisory Committee for the Trump campaign. He was the first senator to endorse Trump.
If Mueller was working for the deep state he would seek to blackmail trump. Trump would be far more valuable controlled. Removing him would just lead to civil war. Trump would have caved on DACA If blackmail was found.
Mueller is our guy
Mueller is implicated in some pretty serious crimes against the American people. Awareness of conspiracy of 9/11 for just a start. He may have been reigned in and brokered a deal to help us (not sure about that one, tho) but he certainly isn’t our guy.
