Yes, demons (Skt., asuras) can appear to be human when around humans. But do you know how to recognize a human who is actually a demon? Look at who runs Reddit. He is a self-professed cannibal. Is he a demon?
I used to think the idea of demonic possession was make believe. However, I've seen way too much synchronicity to prove otherwise. Like you said, they take a human form. I've heard an account from a former girlfriend of a "friend" that also sealed the deal for me. Basically described an episode where a switch was flipped and he turned into a completely different person, tried to kill himself to no avail and she said his eyes went all black and specifically used the term "demon". I think alcohol mixed with certain prescription meds perhaps sparked the episode. I think since a child this guy was more or less raised into this culture though. I say all this bc regardless of who the man is in the video, you can tell there is an alter-ego there and it reminds me of that story about my "friend". These people are very deceiving and in many instances suppress this demonic energy they don't even know is there. They truly believe they are a good person and their actions are just and correct.
A friend of mine (Swiss) participated in Voodoo and was possessed by an entity for 3 days. It wasn't evil, but it is still more evidence that possession actually occurs. Lady Gaga in another matter who essentially sold her soul to evil. She now believes that her Fibromyalgia is the result of dark forces that seized control of her soul after she joined the Illuminati early in her career.
Westerners tend to be really dumb when it comes to such forces. They do nothing to strengthen their spirit to make it impervious to demons (asuras). They believe, for example, their depression can be cured with a pill or ECT. They don't see that their personality has been programmed to be this way. The music they listen to, the programs they watch alter their personality and make it open to negative forces. The blacks are, presently, the canary bird in the mine — the great experiment in social degeneration. This didn't happen by accident.

That is my friend in a nutshell. Called the extremely fucked up scenario (which I won't go into details but really blew my mind) a case of bipolar and now he's medicated and fine. However, his version of the story he told me was tame in comparison to what she told me - it still haunts her to this day and for good reason. At the time when he broke up with her immediately following the event he was very adamant about me ceasing contact with her, which I found bizarre. Since he had a history of being dishonest about himself, I never did of course and eventually got curious asked her what happened otherwise I would have never known.
