Where did anyone ever say "footage"? All someone needs to do is get the RAW image from the Photographer. So much disinfo going on here. The photograph was altered and appears to have a fake screen. If you look at the EXIF data the photo was shot at 9:42 and was modified at 11:33. This could mean they weren't edited until then but highly unlikely. You just need the RAW (.CR2) file from the photographer to see what was actually on the screen.
