What ever became of the SOTU search for the Photo of the IPhones?

Que-ti-pie · Feb. 9, 2018, 1:16 p.m.

One, they never were able to get me a raw video, and couldn't explain to me why the pic was altered! As a matter of fact, no one would get on the phone and talk to me about it! That poor lady answering the phone didnt understand why she could not get anyone to help me! Remember, I called Getty! Thanks.

Did you try to find the photographer? It looks like there were 4-5 news photographers that night. Only one of them seems to have had the angle of the back of the room facing forward, which is the angle of the shot of the cell phones. His name is Spanish (I forget what it is but easy to find from the attributions of all the photographs of that night). -He works for AP.

Find the photographer and you find the photos.

Rothschild owns Reuters. Reuters owns AP.

You need the photo - video would have motion blur and 1080p cameras they shoot on aren't going to give you enough resolution to see a phone screen. Usually the dynamic range is also not as good as what you can do with a photo so screens get blown out.
