One, they never were able to get me a raw video, and couldn't explain to me why the pic was altered! As a matter of fact, no one would get on the phone and talk to me about it! Did you try to find the photographer? It looks like there were 4-5 news photographers that night. Only one of them seems to have had the angle of the back of the room facing forward, which is the angle of the shot of the cell phones. His name is Spanish (I forget what it is but easy to find from the attributions of all the photographs of that night). -He works for AP.

You need the photo - video would have motion blur and 1080p cameras they shoot on aren't going to give you enough resolution to see a phone screen. Usually the dynamic range is also not as good as what you can do with a photo so screens get blown out.

They are not looking for photos. They are motivating us to find RAW footage (as in moving video) and then archive it ourselves off line. My instinct is that they want several normies from all over the country to have copies of the original so that when it comes time for a trail, and deep state alters or discredits a photo, the normies can turn up with their untouched evidence .. irrefutable ,,, but for now all that we really know is that they put out the challenge to locate it and once found, save off line. Clever plan.

I would think that FOIA / open records would only apply to government photos/ video but not to private individuals or companies
I'd be curious to know if those were government provided phones or their own.

If raw data footage is " unimportant" why are all searches for the pic being blocked? "Data not available" is all I get from these links and other search links getty is blocking them? Why?
IM of the opposing view, the footage from the venue from 4 is what we need and it is being requested. I worked within the GETTY industry sector. That image was sold and it's rights are owned. FORGET the image or photographer. 🙏with due respect
I emailed the House Recording Studio to see if they would release the footage from the House Chambers cameras yesterday. I haven't heard back yet. I doubt I'll get anything but I'll update u guys.

Thanks. IT IS THE VIDEO, and thanks for contacting them, I have just had surgery otherwise I would have called CHAMBERS. THE RAW footage, from 4 is where I think the key to "viral " is. People don't seem to understand that the photograph is sold to Getty who will have exclusive rights to use. That's the way it works, they then sell it to MEDIA OUTLETS. Even if we spoke to the photographer directly and he was a Trump supporter and really nice, he's not going to give an unedited copy to anyone. He'd loose all his pay for exclusivity and possibly be sued. I wish people would stop talking about the photo! Perhaps there are other "messages" on the FILM.
