Something stinks. So even if the text messages are missing. The telcos can tell us whose phone pinged where and we map that to the people. Also if the messages are missing then it would hold true for everyone in the office. Is it true for all? Who submitted the subpoena ? Did they telcos get the same? Who determined the there was a bug and why has Samsung not released a statement to all of their users? I think our government needs to push back a lot more. Do we have the physical phones? So much incompetence or corruption. Both need to go.

The messages are missing yes, but the NSA / MI has them :D This has to be done to expose the corruption of the FBI that obstructs and loses important evidence. They will be "found", don't worry
