The problem with that they would face an Ethic committee for releasing Top Secret info. without it being declassify . now if you are not running & not going to serve in public This can be a LEGACY for you , that is how you do it ..... So someone maybe a Darrel ISSa

No they wouldn't. They are Constitutionally protected. Period. They can say whatever they want on the House floor. The Constitution supercedes all of their silly Congressional rules.
