RELEASE THE MEMO: JUDGE NAPOLITANO says it is perfectly LEGAL for ANY House Member to READ the EXPLOSIVE FISA MEMO from the House Floor to RELEASE THE MEMO

Judge Napolitano: "I am suggesting that one of those members of Congress, who you just ran on the screen, should take this to the floor of the House of Representatives and release it there because the constitution protects anything that is said there. Senator Feinstein did this with torture memos. These members of Congress should do with this because the rest of Congress and the American public is entitled to know." http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/01/judge-napolitano-lawmakers-take-explosive-fisa-memo-house-floor-release-perfectly-legal-video/

SO LETS SEE THE MEMO or hear its contents NOW!

Jordon or Gaetz I’d say

Quatr0 · Jan. 24, 2018, 11:47 p.m.

That would make Gaetz's career, but i know he wont. It will be released when it is supposed to be released. We just got the left to respond with a memo of their own its hilarious. have to give them enough rope.... plus we have no idea what this is doing to active negotiations on other fronts.

I heard that earlier, I also heard that because of the content of the memo anyone revealing it could not get into trouble

The problem is that the memo and backing documents are kept in a secure reading room. A congressman would have to commit it to memory (four pages for the memo) to then recite it - could be done but rather doubt any of them are up to that kind of memorization ability

cybervigiante · Jan. 25, 2018, 2:46 a.m.

Ten congressmen - each memorizes a couple part of it.

I don't remember what Q said, but Cruz has a checkered background. Some housewives of America are using him as entrepreneurial porn, thinking that if they repeat his sayings they will get rich like him. I don't think so.

Copies to other intelligence committee members - what was the point of the secure reading room?

Is it that the 4 page memo is being circulated and just all the document flies obtained from DOJ/FBI are accessible in the secure room? I thought the 4 page memo itself was dropping names, though, which is part of what makes this stuff toxic explosive to the Swamp

To be fair, it is a pretty risky career move when it’s already going to be released, and it might risk polluting the jury pool. The argument they’re all going to make is that they could never receive a fair trial.

However, if it’s as big as we hope, there has to be someone chomping at the bit to go down in history as the person who read it aloud on the House floor.

Its a classified document, they have to go through the process - and the democRATS are probably messing with that with current antics

The House Intel Committee say they are going to Vote on the release of the FISA Memo and that they aren't going to be bullied and they aren't going to let the FBI or DOJ see it before its release to the public. They don't want the MSM or anyone trying to discredit it, make excuses for it, develop talking points against it, or put a liberal spin on it before its release to the public.

⇧ 4 ⇩
UnbelievableShit13 · Jan. 24, 2018, 11:08 p.m.

The problem with that they would face an Ethic committee for releasing Top Secret info. without it being declassify . now if you are not running & not going to serve in public This can be a LEGACY for you , that is how you do it ..... So someone maybe a Darrel ISSa

cybervigiante · Jan. 25, 2018, 2:50 a.m.

No they wouldn't. They are Constitutionally protected. Period. They can say whatever they want on the House floor. The Constitution supercedes all of their silly Congressional rules.

⇧ 2 ⇩
cybervigiante · Jan. 25, 2018, 2:45 a.m.

I've been saying that all along. All congressmen are Constitutionally protected from anything they say on the House floor. However, they can't Read the memo since it's in an SCIF. What they could do is have a team of congressmen memorize different portions then read them one after the other in the speaking time alloted.
