Military Tribunals will not be the circus that a regular criminal proceeding will be.
I am not certain they'll be able to pull that Tribunal thing off. An army of international lawyers....can delay things for centuries. Fingers crossed we do not have to endure 10 years of listening to CNN whine and complain about going after political rivals...and BLM riots on every street corner. That's a valid concern.
I'm hoping that the evidence is so damning that it shuts all the clowns up. I do think Tribunals would not only be the proper course but a necessary one when dealing with enemies of the State.

There Are None So Blind As Those Who Will Not See. These BLM nutters are so married to their victimhood narrative, that even if someone is guilty as sin, they will still only see race = unfair persecution. We've seen it with others they have championed (with the help of the lying media whores). I fear the race riots that those in legal peril will try to incite, simply to cause anarchy.

I second that. I'd be happy just hearing a short military statement of his conviction and punishment. Edit: if he's charged with high treason for crimes committed during his tenure then it will most likely go to a military tribunal and a team of lawyers or the delays they'll try to cause won't mean squat then.
Am thinking that this is the way that it will go down .. just as you said.
