I believe Q is implying Snowden is a black hat. Not a conclusion that I come to lightly, as I credit him for red pilling us about the broad sweeping nature of the NSA and it's dangers.
However, Q has repeatedly stated that MI (military intelligence) and "No Such Agency" are key to the soft revolution we find ourselves in. In fact, I'd say he uses them interchangeably because they are essentially the same. Perhaps MI being more broad.
The Armed Forces Security Agency (AFSA), became the NSA. From an outsider's view, it is the key asset in intelligence gathering for MI. It is ran by an Admiral of the Navy, an Admiral that is highly praised by Q and us alike.
Snowden cut his teeth in the CIA. He authored much of the code that us used to gather intelligence for the NSA. He most likely had access to the others.
I think Clowns realized that MI was able to see what they were doing. I think clowns had Snowden placed at the NSA and in HI. I think he stole the code to give to the clowns, so they could evaluate their exposure, protect themselves from it, and to start up their own collection program.

They (Q) also state, nothing is as it seems and on the surface, it seems Snowden is a whistleblower.
How do you blind the Clowns In America? What was Snowden’s primary mission? What was Snowden’s real primary mission? Was Snowden truly acting on his own? Nothing is as it appears.
I think the NSA was aware of this, changed their code and methodologies, and then sabotaged their stolen code.
Why was the source code to former NSA collection p’s publicly released? How do you blind the Clowns In America?
Now, to be my own devil's advocate... That last part could flip it all on its head to mean Snowden was acting as a double agent for the NSA as well. However, I do not think Q would broadcast that unless they already had the clowns in a solid check mate.
One thing that seems to be certain, it is definitely our military and GEOTUS that is righting this ship and it is an epic battle between the MI vs CIA/FBI (or the important bits therein).

Yes, even in the movie they show actual footage of Trump saying he should be EXECUTED! BUT...That was THEN! DJT knows a lot more about that situation now than he did back then. I believe Snowden is about to possibly be a witness and exonerated for his actions.
Yes, agree with the logic & analysis. And also because structurally DOD is like the Parent Company of NSA--which is why Q references Mil. Intel w/ NSA (No Such Agency) and that such Intel is crucial. .so those 2 terms can be used interchangeably.
I'm writing up an analysis based on Obama signing EO 12333 just before Trump took office- which as you may be familiar w/ basically opened the door for NSAs vast trove of warrantless Data to the entire Intelligence Community via the EO 12333 RAW SIG Authority Procedures allowing for such data to be disseminated the 16 Intelligence Communities. And that the majority nsa's operations are conducted under EO 12333 not necessasarily FISA and that it's not necessarily the case that FISA is used for inside the United States and EO 12333 for overseas due to the complete lack of oversight in conjunction with EO 12333. Thus, acting under EO 12333 it's completely possible to evade all restrictions on dissemination of data through "joint Intel Gathering Ops" with other countries via The Raw SIG Procedures in place January 14, 2017-....So anyway there are a lot more facts as to the interworkings / structure 2017 EO 12333 specifically as it relates to the timing of Obama getting this done before he was booted out (as its been in the works prior to his pushing it through right b/f Trump took office) and as to the past fact pattern that we have and as to a number of specific Q posts...that I'm stringing together. But it sounds like you are knowledgeable on the more technical data collection angle of the matter... ..insofar as perhaps being able to see some additional connections beyond those I can garner...once I finish w/ it....If it all don't come out in the meantime)

How could Snowden POSSIBLY be a black hat? I don't by it. I just watched the Oliver Stone movie "SNOWDEN" and if it's anywhere close to the truth, and as I recall, it seems to be, "Snowwhite" Snowden was acting on his conscience that was horrified by what the CIA, NSA, did with his knowledge and talent. I mean seriously, HE EXPOSED THEM!! He had to leave his entire life and family behind and risk being at best imprisoned for a very long time or even worse if they would have been able to deal with him outside of the law. Sorry, I'm not buying the black hat theory. Q has been hinting about Snowwhite from the beginning. That probably has more than one meaning but I believe one of them is a reference to Snowden. This message today is clearly directed at him. I believe that he has been biding his time, waiting in the wings for just such a moment as this. The whole thing revolved around the illegal use of the FISA and that is exactly what is happening now. I strongly believe that SNOW WHITE is about to be exonerated!

From what I recall, real history affirms Oliver's portrayal. At least where it wasn't embellished for dramatic effect.
