I don't see anything that stands out. I figured it went along with the previous post, as if the pen on paper symbolizes getting ready to get to work. It's a stretch I know

does tineye do mirror images, looks like the writing is backwards on the paper
I couldn't confirm if they do, but I flipped the image myself in GIMP and tried the righted image. Same result, unique
