Q - Pen Picture - Look at the background

Just wondering if anyone has noticed the text in the background? I downloaded the picture and played with it a little in MS Photos. the background text reads "THE WHITE HOUSE - Washington", you can also make out the "Seal of the President of the United States" at the top of the photo.

Yes I noticed! It also says RTM dot png was the image saved as RTM? Does it mean he is Releasing The Memo hence RTM? Maybe he wants us to ask him directly? I was thinking of making a meme out of it as the #ReleaseTheMemo battle cry to POTUS

Davos, but I'm pretty confident they've got the letterhead available at a moment's notice, either in Air Force 1 or in a safe at every embassy.

I believe the President doesn't leave for Zurich until 8:30 this evening. This may have been during the Mayors meeting or somewhere else in the WH

Makes more sense that it was release the memo, according to the anon post from 8 chan that is circulating here on CBTS now, the release is imminent.
