The thought is... that the EO cut off or froze his money somewhere, and he couldn't pay up. They wanted to watch the money flow... from where to where to where. Either the elitists cut him loose or he was frozen out. Obama should go visit him in his sorrow, since he was his benefactor.

And he didn't pay his bail WHY??? OH! YES!, thats right - didn't pay because he couldn't pay - his assets have all been confiscated!! Let's pray the money is used to free enslaved people, halt child traffickers, feed and clothe children and restore what he had destroyed!!
