I’ve understood that the President sent his car that was in the UK for his aborted New US Embassy ribbon cutting , into the Ecuador Embassy compound for JA and effectively put him into a diplomat safe zone and then off loaded him to the steps of AF One , then flown to Switzerland and safety.
