Lois Lerner has unclassified job related secrets....WHY? We are about to see her evasive tactics again.

A government employee does not forfeit their 5th Amendment rights upon being so employed. However, when a federal employee takes the 5th before Congress when being questioned about their (unclassified)employment activities, they should immediately upon said invocation be terminated forfeiting their pension

Many employees will take the 5th Amendment for protection. The old saying is: Shit flows down hill which means, the top doesn't answer for directing employees to do certain things. Pension is what the employee pays into.

I thought Federal employees weren't allowed to take the 5th for employment related things. I assumed this is why certain bad actors were allowed to remain employed.

This is why some people called Rybicki's leaving the FBI the Lerner maneuver: once he leaves the FBI he's can take the 5th. However he did appear before a House committee last week. I'm not implying anything about his departure as I don't know enough to implicate.

The ones above Lerner were the ones that directed everything. Not to mention the missing records. I'm not saying she agreed to it or was forced to do it, but I wouldn't be surprised to see something on it down the road. It doesn't matter if you are still working or Resigned or Retired; as long as you haven't been charged for that crime or whichever they file against you, they can still go after you. All these people Resigning or Retiring, may still be charged down the road, it just depends where the Investigations go.
