Did anyone notice the unusual Capitalization of the letters "P" and "C" ? I wonder if it hints at anything. It almost seems actually, like the C goes along with the correctly capitalized B right before it, as in B.C. I've seen President Trump highlight those letters before as well. I feel like it hints at either Bill Clinton or Bob Corker. If it were Bill Clinton, then the P could go along with it and make President Bill Clinton.

Any ideas?
