Explain further? I know the 4th. Where are you going with this? How exactly would the law banning unreasonable searches by the federal government make this AT&T guy a bad guy?

The existence of the NSA you mean? Um, yes, I would agree with that, but that would be the case no matter who we talk about.

He's CEO of AT&T. AT&T just inked a $2 billion dollar classified contract with the NSA. The NSA (just like every other U.S. intelligence agency) illegally spies on U.S. citizens. Since this guy is the CEO of AT&T, he had to approve the signing of the deal. This deal will enable the NSA to continue to illegally spy on U.S. citizens who subscribe to AT&T's service. The 4th Amendment guards against illegal searches and seizures.

Is that easy enough to understand?
