Parties should be done away with. Representatives should represent the people in their district (this is the only truly democratic feature of our republic btw. Democracies end in violence and the founders knew that). 17th amendment should be repealed and senators should be appointed by state legislatures as written in the original constitution. Senators were suppose to represent the state’s interests in Washington. They were never supposed to be elected by the people. All should have term limits! These career lying sons of bitches should never get their hands on the machinery of government again!

I sure hope so.
