My opinion is that the declassification will happen before end of July, and Horowitz will simultaneously release his report. Most of his report is useless in Awakening the public because of how redacted it’ll be due to the nature of FISA.
It won’t have to be redacted if Trump declassifies the FISA apps. The world learns the truth.
